How do I return or exchange any item purchased from HEROIC Racing Apparel?Returns & ExchangesAt HEROIC, we assume our customers are intelligent and trustworthy. If we extend our trust to you, we know that you will in return treat us fairly.
Could you technically return your HEROIC product after wearing them? No. Our customer products are designed to protect you in a crash. We measure you for your suit and you will receive the product with the size we measured you for. If you put on additional weight; we cannot refund the customer for size change greater or less than the original measured size. We do not refund custom products either gloves, jackets or suits.
Exemption: If your purchase has been damaged in any way. Just send us a picture of the product if you have any question and we will be fair with you. We want your continued business. Just ask.
We're a different kind of racing apparel company. We admire companies like Alpinestars, Dainese, Sportbike Track Gear, Nordstrom's, Trader Joe's, Patagonia, Starbucks, REI, and JetBlue for having great customer service, and we aim to do the same.
How to Make a ReturnWe ship exclusively via USPS and UPS. HEROIC does not cover the cost of shipping for exchanging or returning products back to HEROIC or Forma USA. HEROIC will not pay for the second shipment out to international customers who need to do size or style exchanges. We invoice the customer for the shipping and quickly get the product to your door. Please take the following steps to send your purchased product back to us to exchange for a new size, style, or for a credit to your card.
